BANANA AND BERRY BREAKFAST SORBET

Ice cream for breakfast?! I know it sounds crazy but it contains everything that's in a breakfast smoothie and is very nice to cool yourself down in the warm spring weather. The oats, chia seeds and milled flax help to keep you full during the morning.

INGREDIENTS - Serves 1

1 frozen pureed banana
1/2 cup of blueberries
1 tablespoon of oats
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of milled flax
A few tbsp of water

METHOD

1. Break the frozen banana puree into smaller cubes and add to a food processor along with the blueberries. Blitz it until its smooth. Add some water to help bind it but be aware that the more water you add the thinner the sorbet will be.
2. Add the oats, chia and milled flax and blend until your are happy with how chunky/smooth your breakfast sorbet is.
3. Put in a bowl and sprinkle with extra oats, chia seeds.
