  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • handful of chocolate chips

1. Preheat the oven to 180
2. Puree the bananas until they are smooth. 
3. Add the cinnamon and stir into the banana puree
4. add half of the oats and stir
5. add the rest of the oats and your chocolate chips. 
6. line or grease a baking tray and use a tsp to put the mixture onto the tray. They should be able to hold their shape I can normally make 25 per batch.
7. Cook at 180 for 15-20 minutes.

These are best eaten on the day as they don't keep very well. Everytime I make these they are normally gone within the hour anyway! They are very addictive and quick to make.
