2 large bananas
1 tbsp of crunchy peanut butter
2 tbsp Cacoa Nibs
1. Peel the skins off of the bananas and put them in a freezer for 5 hours or preferably overnight.
2. Put the frozen bananasr into a high powered food processor and blend until smooth. Add the peanut butter and blitz until the pant butter has been mixed throughout the ice cream.
3. Put into bowls and sprinkle cacao nibs on top.
